Dont give up billy bear! It def takes alot of work and re-training yourself!! I am down 145 pounds and it has not been easy. I def have the full feeling but I didnt get it until about 2 months after my surgery with a fill. So I understand not feeling full, but maintaining what you eat and small portions are def key. I know you can do it! And once you start hitting small goals.you set for yourself.it will be easier to keep on track. I started out at 356, so setting small goals like reaching 325 was one of mine... And once I.got.under 300 there was no.stopping... Im 8 pounds away from.being under 200!!! Trust me keep.focused and the results will be amazing. If you ever.... Ever need someone to talk.to.or keep you on track let me know! Im the sweetest girl... But im strict when I need to.be!

So I have a question... Ocassionally (mostly weekends) I have issues with eating... During the week, while at work food stays down normally like.it should. But seems to.be the weekends I start bring able to.not keep things down. I dont feel like my band is to tight... Could.it be something else?!?

Anyone here in minnesota? I would love to meet some people up here going through the same thing. I had my surgery in kansas.... So transfering up here I lost a lot of my banded friends!!

I have lost 145 pounds... I will def.be needing a full body tuck! And ive been working out tbe whole time... Just so much weight was lost the skin is insane! It grosses me out.

I look damn good in clothes too.... its the naked part!! and I really try to not let it go but its just all there!! I know I need to try and be positive since I only have 30 pounds left before I start talking to a plastic surgeon!!

Anyone else feeling depressed about extra skin?? I am really trying to keep positive and know that I can start talking to a plastic surgeon soon. But lately its been really hard!! Looking in the mirror and all you see is extra skin!!! Its gross to me. Even though my boyfriend constantly tells me how beautiful I am its like I dont believe him. How do I even deal with this? its been 2 weeks of me feeling disgusted with myself. Ive tried looking back at pre surgery pictures and those are also disgusting but its not helping!! Is this a normal phase??
