Fell Off The Bandwagon, Scared To See Surgeon Next Week!! Please Help!

I have done the exact same thing, FELL OFF THE BANDWAGON, I went from 272 lost to 236 and then gained back to 255. I am working to get back on track myself, trying to stay motivated. With Gods help i am sure i will meet my goal.
