My Surgery date was 12/29/2011 and Im down 7 bags of sugar!!!!!

Hang in there! I too had a big shocker with the band I have been 202 for the past couple weeks and the scale wont move. I am very obsessed with the scale as well, getting on it multiple times a day and its killing me. I decided today i was going to put the scale away for two weeks and then check back at the beginning of Aoril when im due for my third fill. The band requires alot of work, it takes alot out of you, both physically and emtionally. We are here to support each other... One way to look it is that you are not gaining so that a good thing!!!!!!!!

I cant wait to wear a fitted tee shirt without the muffin top or rolls on the back , and cant wait to get rid of my huge legs so I can wear some shorts!!!!!!!

Here goes I got banded on 12/29/2011 and I'm only down 30 pounds. I have had two fills and dont feel much restriction. i joined my fitness pal about two months ago to track my calories and I havent gone over 1200 in any given day, some days I dont even consume 1000 cals. I started working out at home in the beginning but now for the past month I have been at the gym 3-4 times a weeks doing at least 1 hour of cardio. i am not sure if I am expecring too much too sson, but the scale has'nt moved in three weeks, im bouncing around between 205 and 203, just cant see ro get under that two point mark.... Anyone out there in my situation please talk to me!!!! All banders welcomed in........

I had the same problem and my doctor gave me liquid senna.... that got things back on track!!!! No I use the bathroom more frequently

I had my first fill today as well..... like you said it wasnt that bad at all.... i really thought it was going to be more painful... Im so excited to finally start utilizing the band.... YAY!!!!

I had alot of pain after surgery as well, the gas pain was unbearable so I took chewable gas X and it worked.... i felt as though it would pass but after day 5 i was up and walkin around with little discomfort and by day 8 I was pretty much back to my self with a little soreness around the port....BTW i was banded on 12/30/11 This is just a part of the process..... You will be back to yourself in no time!!!!!
