I had to have my lapband removed after having for 7 months. Only had 1cc in band when removed. I had it filled another time but they had to remove the fluid after 3 days to prolapse. I lost 50lbs before surgery and 72 after surgery. I had it removed 2 months ago and I feel so depressed. Noone understands why I feel the way I do. I just dont understand what happened. I did everything they told me to do. I have changed my eating habits and gave up drinking pop. My problem is that I am still paying all the bills for the surgery. I also was hoping the use the lap band as a tool to help with more weight loss. They say if I start gaining weight I can get the sleeve done but I dont know if I want to go through any more surgery. I have lost a couple of pounds since removal but I still cant get excited about it!!!! Has anyone else felt like that after having complications with the lap band?
