On my recumbent bike, I was doing 20 minutes, then upped to 25, last week I increased the tension, and tried to get up to 30 minutes. Today, 1/2 hr, 276 cals, 8.53 miles, avg speed 16mph. Sweatin like a pig, but I did it!!! now...a shower!
