Stopped Just Talking About It, I Am Doing Something About It!
MissBee replied to firespnr's topic in Tell Your Weight Loss Surgery Story
Congratulations!!! Wishing you much success and a speedy YES from your insurance company! -
I'm having a love affair with my scale and I can't seem to end it. I weigh myself everyday when I first wake up and before I go to bed. I'm sure this is abnormal but I can't stop. Am I the only one who suffers from this scale addiction? If you don't have a positive response I would appreciate it if you keep your thoughts private. Please and Thank you.

Thanks for all the replies! I really don't take the scale that seriously and I know my weight is going to be different from morning to night. I was really just curious to know how many others hop on the scale as often as I do:)

Thanks for your words of encouragement ladies! They were very much needed. The good news is that since I got my fill I have noticed a change in my food intake AND I've already lost two more pounds!!!

I was banded w/plication on 1/25/12 and I have lost a total of 20lbs. YAY ME!!! (I have a mini mental celebration everytime I lose a pound ) I have had minimal complications thank God. The one annoyance that I have had since my surgery is a sharp pain in my my left shoulder. It drives me a bit bananas, but I'm not so concerned about it anymore because it seems as if this is a common occurrence after being banded. **God bless and here's to a healthier, happier today **
