Congrats to all my fellow sleevers who participated in this challenge. We all are winners even if u lost just 1lb. I'm happy to see all the people who are still rocking those sleeves. It doesn't have to stop here today on Friday the 13th. Keep posting your updates every month on the 13th to keep the momentum going! char60 don't fall apart over that small gain. i could come from a number of things like water weight, stress etc.... trust me alot of us have those small gains here and there. i would just keep to your regular routine and keep tracking your food and liquid intake. you also could be gaining muscle from your workouts.
