I'm 12 dpo my hunger is back full force I got out of bed and was dizzy I'm getting in liquids but they not doing nothing for me my doctor have me starting puréed/soft at the beginning of week 3...so I had some grits this am my stomach was making these noises but I tolerated them just fine It scared me but that intense hunger is gone now.... What did you all do to help with the hunger.

you will do fine I prayed and asked God for no pain and I havent had a drop asked my prayer group to pray for me didnt tell the whole church either..... But God answered my prayer with no pain no problems no complications. Good Luck....

It was hard for me I cheated a few times I lost 6 pounds on that diet....

I didn't have it thru Dr Rodriguez but I'm great no problems at all

Yes he knows his stuff Im 8 days post op and I feel good to..... never was in any pain or discomfort. I emailed Dr. Garcia and he email me back quickly as well. He said before I left if you have any question dont hesitate to call or email. I will get back with you and that he does. He is a good Dr and deserves his props....... I glad you made this thread. My friend that came with me she was so impressed with the service that she says she is going to have it done as well... there were four people that had surgery on my date and we all were walking and having a good time like we hadnt had surgery it was unbelieveable for me because I was being a big baby .....woke up in recovery asking did I have the surgery....because I had no feelings of soreness pain anything had one instance of nausea and they fixed that quick....the nurses was happy to help you. always checking on ya... just all around good people. Rosie and Melisa came to the hotel to check on us even brought me a gift said I was a good patient some lotion from bath and bodyworks.....they were so sweet called checked on me and everything I could go on and on but I think my picture has been drawn.....Good luck on weight loss Ive lost 11.4 pounds

hello I was right behind shoelover she actually calmed me when I seen how good she was doing needless to say I had surgery it was a breeze no pain no complications nothing had nausea one time they quickly fixed that I was feeling like I hadnt even had surgery i had to look at my stomach to make sure it was done...The nurses was very attentive...always checking on me. stayed at the marroitt which was very nice the room was so peaceful and clean all in all Dr Fernando Garcia Govea gets an A+ in my book some say he's new......but he knew his stuff and i had a painless surgery...he even took a picture of my stomach that was removed because my friend was scared to. I am glad I choose him.... I am 8 days post surgery and have had no issues....Good Luck.....as for Tijuana I felt totally safe I even walked to store after my surgery its a pretty place. nothing like I expected given what you hear about mexico

Had my surgery with Dr. Garcia the best..... On surgery day I weighed 211.4 weighed myself tonight upon getting home I weigh 200.....doing the happy dance...... I guess it's from the liquids and all the walking I've done in the past couple of days but I'm do excited ready for onederland...

Good luck this diet was hard for me but try the tortilla soup broth v8 fusion juices drink drink drink I even did Campbell's chicken noodle strained noodles added water and boom crystal light singles and the for a snack crystal light hard candies to suck on it was hard for me I'm not gonna lie my family was all in my face eating too I cheated too.... You will make it thou good luck

My two week diet was hard for me and just like you family would just pig out in my face I would do good until I smelled the food I cheated a couple of times thou.... But now that I'm 5dpo I smell the food and just know its not an option..... The last 3 days of the diet being all liquid was extremely hard but them the last day I got Tom tortilla soup broth and a v8 splash juice and that was the fullest I felt in days..... Good luck to ya

I was worried to terri no problems at all no pain nothing this was a breeze Dr Garcia rocks my stomach not even sore. Was scared to swallow at first but sipping helps.
