I havent tried masking my protien but i will start I like chicken and which when I eat its always chicken....never make it to veggies although I dont like many of those even pre op...its funny because be surgery I use to enjoy the protien shakes now they make me gag or sick to my stomach...I will try you recipes thanks for the help

I know eating is different now but I don't want to eat nor do I barely eat nothing and I know that can't be healthy just like being fat isn't.. I was sleeved by Dr Garcia on 02/22/12 I doing food... I got dehydrated once but I'm good now never in any pain healed nicely.. My only problem was I want to eat but I can't still have food cravings.... But my sleeve keep me in check.
