I need some new ideas for dinner. I didn't eat as well as I should have through the holidays so I am getting back on board and need some new ideas for dinner. I think I got off track a little because I ate the same stuff for a year and yes lost 90 lbs doing so but I need to broaden my horizon. Thanks.

I am starting my workout routine back into my journey. I was bad about working out during the holidays. I can't keep moving forward without moving. Haha. Tell me how many days of week do you work out?

I also had an unfill a month and half ago. My doc took out .25 and wow I could get again because like you I was getting stuck on everything. And I was also eating way too many sliders and soft food. Just to warn you yes make sure you do chew because I felt like I wouldn't get stuck anymore because things would just go down so easily and yesterday I didn't chew chicken well enough and it was a bad stuck but made it through it. I think it was just a friendly reminder from the band to ne saying hey I'm still here. Yes I an satisfied much longer again. But I do have to say yesterday was my first day of truely eating well again because through the holidays I didn't make the best choices. So I haven't gained any weight but also haven't lost any weight. But only tine will tell again with eating right. I an excited to get going on weight lost again. Good luck to you. We both can do it. How far are you out in your journey? I am one year and have lost 90 lbs. Trying to get healthy. -
So I have to admit I have been a tiny bit relaxed with my eating for the holidays. I have not gained one lb but did have a little of anything I wanted. I can tell being a year into my journey I have changed. Before I would have ate tell I was sick but now just a tiny bit here or there I was satisfied. I can tell I have came a long way but back to eating right tomorrow. I gave myself through today since it was my bday and knew I had to have that slice if icecream cake. Have a great night. Trying to get healthy.

I just want to wish everyone a merry Christmas. Remember you can eat Christmas dinner but chew chew chew especially if you are eating Turkey! Trying to get healthy.

Today was my day one year ago. It doesn't seem like that long. I have lost 90 lbs and have I still have 40 more that I wanna loose. I have learned so much in a year. The most important is portion control. Its amazing how much I would eat before and how little you truely need. I would do the surgery again in a heart beat. I still have a long road ahead of me it feels like to get where I really wanna be but I will get there. I have to remember my doctor told me that this is a life long journey not soemthing that you fix over night or in just a year. My goal is to hit one hundred lbs loss by the end of January and I can do it!!

I have learned not to let myself get too hungery because I dont chew like I should and will tend to get stuck. Just always remember to slow down and chew. Trying to get healthy.

I just looked the shakers up and I think I will have to give them a try. So you use plain Greek yogurt? What kind of sugar free liquid do you use?

I am seeing my nutritionist today and I don't want to get on scale. The month of November has been the worst month for me since being banded. I have found sweets not good. I am going in to get back on track. I would just love to skip the weighing in part. Haha.

So I went and I only gained one lb so not too bad. I was honest with my eating and we discussed how to get away from sweets and other bad choices to get back on track. I love going to see her she always makes me see how far I have come and how great I am doing. Even today I left feeling so much better!

I bet you are glowing as well. Its funny how when we feel so good about ourselves everyone else thinks we look good as well. I guess it breaks down to we do look good! I love getting all the looks and comments on how good I look. Happy bday to ya!

Of course I am gonna weigh but just a little scared. I think probally a three lb gain. I am gonna be completely honest with her and use this to get me back I track. I threw out all my slider foods this morning. Eating wrong isn't going to help me to reach my goal. I think in a way its your mind playing tricks on yourself like you have always been fat and being skinny isn't going to be you. Sorry to vent but this is my first melt down since surgery.

I am right with you. I will be one year out next month and this is the first gain for me. Tomorrow is a new day and we can both start fresh! We can do it. I started on the higher water intake today. Good Luck girl you can do it! -
I had a slight unfilled a couple of weeks ago and it fills like he took everything out. I talked to him today and he said all he took out was 0.25 CC out. I know before I was too tight but now I feel to loose. I am one year out next month and I have gained two lbs. This is my first gain since my surgery. I have lost 85 lbs. I am frustrated because he said he won't put any back in tell January. I am sad because I don't want to gain any more and I am hungry for the really the first time since surgery. Has anyone else gone through this? I am going to my nutritionist on Thursday and don't wanna get on scale.

I am thinking of doing the five day pouch test. Has anyone tried it? I know my pouch is good but I need to get out of the Carb and slider food phase to get back on track. Does anyone know really what to do? I look online and all it tells you is about it nit really what to do. Please help if you can. Thanks
