I weighed in today. I made my goal plus 5 more pounds. So excited!!

Ok I met my goal today. In going to change my goal to 239. I haven't been under 250 since high school.

That is great. That was my goal also to be below 250. I have 1 more pound to go to be 249. Keep up the great work.

Hi, I am 4 months post op. I have lost 70 pounds and have 70 more to go. I'm so excited about this journey I am on. I went from a size 30 to 20, my knees barely hurt anymore. I am more active then ever, even doing the eliptical machine. this was the best thing I have done for myself. Thank you to everyone on this website you have answered all my questions and have been very supportive.

I had mine out during my VSG surgery. The surgery lasted a little longer. I was lucky the only pain I had was my throat from the tube.

I eat chaboni Greek yogurt. It as around 12-14 grams of protein. Or slice of bread with PB.
