I'm on day 3 today and I'm feeling a little dizzy. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. -
I'm on day 3 of my liquid diet. I am at work feeling a little light headed but just keep sipping on my protein shake and eating SF jello. I have found that broth really helps so at lunch I'm going to have some broth.

I started my pre-op diet today so far not to bad but, it is day 1. I meet a lady last night at Olive Garden and she said WLS was the best thing she ever did. It made me feel good about my decision. And this website has been the best thing I have ever found on the internet. -

I start my pre-op liquid diet tomorrow. I am nervous and excited for surgery. I have never had surgery before so I'm nervous about the anesthesia and the pain. I have a very low pain tolerance. I am excited to be able to play with my 3 boys and be more active -

I am April 10th also. I don't start my pre-op diet until Saturday. I have not eaten out so much in one week as this week. . My parents and my friends have been taking me out to dinner. On Friday night my husband is taking me to the Olive Garden my favorite.
