3 days post op. I came home today am doing good. The first day was the hardest and I was wondering why I did this to my self. But today feeling better. I am stil taking pain meds when needed. I pray for all the April sleevers that surgeries go well. and arj1016 I'm sorry for your complication. -
Well tomorrow is my sleeve day. I am getting nervous about the surgery since I've never had major surgery before. My surgery is scheduled for 9am I have to be at the hospital by 7. This site has been so fantastic thanks to everyone for sharing there stories.

I have to be on a clear liquid diet for 1 week after surgery and then week 2 i can start full liquids with protei.

I am on day 7 of my liquid diet. Broth has really saved me and SF popsicles. I miss chewing so the popsicles really help. SF jello also helps. The first 3 days were hard but get better. I now start my morning with broth that seems to help.

Welcome to the fab 40s slimmommaSD. Go to tickerfactory.com and pick out your design then at the end when it shows your completed ticker copy it. then save the page to your favorites so you can update it. then go to my settings and choose signature. And past it in the signature box. When you go back to your favorites and put your password in you can update you stats and it will automatically change on this site. Hope that helps.

Eating With Your Family During Pre-Op Liquid Diet

I was just wondering if during your pre-op diet if you are sitting down with your family at dinner time? I did it last night it was really hard to watch them eat food when I was sipping chicken broth. -
