  1. This weekend was tough. I tried full liquid diet and planned to work up to clear liquids by Monday! So it would go well until night time. The plan was to have a protein shake for a.m. and p.m. and my meal in the middle of the day. Fail! I should keep to a.m. and noon protein shakes and small meal before 5pm! So here's to Monday and a new start. try try again!

  3. I think weekends are going to be harder, but I can do it! Just have to keep busy and go to the gym!

  4. Today was my first day of liquid diet. My Dr. doesn't require it but I think its a good idea not only to prepare you mentally but to help shrink your liver. So the first day went o.k. I had a preotein shake for breakfast and a cup of soup for lucnh. I did break down and have a yougart. I had a glass of o.j. plus 36 ounces of water,which I will get more in tomorrow. Worked today and had a meeting so I wasnt able to drink as much as I have been. Frankly I was going to be nowhere near a bath...

  5. Liquid diet starts today!

  6. Tried a new protein shake that didnt agree with me what so ever! Starting pre-op diet tomorrow! Here I go! Going to need some support with this one!

  7. Fair day today. Did it a little different today. Ate bfast as my main meal and all it did was make me hungrier the rest of the day. I have been having 2 protein shakes am and noon and a meal at dinner time and then I'm not so tempted! Ended up having a piece of pizza and soup for lunch. Back to what was working! I have lost 3 pound this week. Rode 11 mile on the exercise bike at the gym! So proud of myself!!

  8. 3 mile walk Sunday, 7 mile ride Monday and 6 mile ride tonight! Patting myself on the back!

  9. Finally found a protein drink I can handle! yeah! That's one off the bucket list!!

  10. I tried a protein shake today and was not a fan! Going to try another tomorrow. My doctor doesn't require a pre op diet but I think it's a good thing to do!

  11. 17 days til my lap band journey starts! Last Diet Pepsi tonight! Going to miss it, but I can do it! I never drank it when I was pregnant, so I'm sure I can go without it for me! Now the count down begins!
