Today was Pre-Op day! Definitely ready for this change. Somewhere along the way I went from terrified to excited. Just a day or so ago it hit me that it's all going to be good! I have been doing the pre-op diet and have lost 8 pounds! yeah! So glad the site is up and running again the support here is great! Thank God! Panicked for a minute

17 days til my lap band journey starts! Last Diet Pepsi tonight! Going to miss it, but I can do it! I never drank it when I was pregnant, so I'm sure I can go without it for me! Now the count down begins!

a little over my daily limit, but will get back on track tomorrow. I am finding weekends to be much harder to resist temptations, I like to keep it under 1000 cal though!

Today was not a good decision making decision when it came to what I put in my mouth! Surgery is next week and I am kind of scared of the eating habit changes. I did go for a walk after lunch with a friend. Snowed like crazy today!

I fell off the wagon for a while. Everytime I went to have my adjustment they couldnt find the port. got frustrated with it so I stopped going. My Doc say's that it only happens in 2% of patients...II win! Well anyways I'm ready for the challenge again. So it's off to the Docs for a fill need a new mind set. Still fitting in 18's down from a size 26 pre-op.
