Well today was one month after surgery, and I'm only down 20 lbs , feeling a little blue. Also got a fill today maybe that will help Idk -
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get rid of gas pains? I had my surgery on Tuesday and my gas pains are very servere and baby Milicon drops and adult gas strips are not working. I have also been walking and moving alot trying to help with my situation but I still am not getting alot of relieve. Suggestions Please.....

So much chest pain 1 week after surgery every time i take a deep breath is this normal , only down 10 lbs is that ok to?

I've done my homework, and im excited, but now its real you know here it is afyer 3 years of thinking so what can I expect or should i be worried or is this just normal is there any thing i can do to help or I sjould have any help I would appreciate. Thank everyone for takinh the time to answer -
