I had pain on my right side then it moved to my left. I then got a bad cough and foung out my band was just a little to full.

I feel they same way I sure thought it was going to be so easy and I would just melt the pounds off. I went out to eat with my husband and kids Sunday night. I thought I would be good and while everyone ate off the buffet I got the salad bar. Will I ate 2 plates of salad with some Pasta. I sure thought I was going to pay for it later because I just knew I ate to much, but nope I was fine. My first band fill is 01/20/2012 and I can't wait. Good Luck!

Congrats on your band, I was banded on 12/20/2011 and before I was banded i was cold but it seems now I am more cold. I have a small heater plus the house heater on in my office at my legs just to keep warm. I also heard if your Iron is low you can be more cold. . http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/anemia.html here is a site I found with information about iron. Good Luck
