Hi. Also the Lapland does not remove any part of the stomach unless it restricts around the area that you are speaking of and that could play apart I'm not sure. However me personally have hypothyroidism. lupus. Raynauds. Ect so I'm always cold too but losing weight I have gotten colder. So may it is a general weightloss thing.

Hi I am concerned with the unfill I got. Right away I did get relief and I can eat but I'm having to go back to measuring because I know I could eat a whole lot more. I hope this goes by quickly so I can get my fill back.

B52. I can agree with most of ehat you are saying like knowing our bands intimately. However I to jusy got a small unfill after almost a year. I started getting tighter due to inflamation and got to the point where only junk would go down. Even living by the rule protein first was hard an painful to do. So getting a small unfill to eat real food is a great idea. IMHO. Not to eat both junk and real just to eat a salad like the op stated. Also she's right to come to the boards for help/opinions. There some oldies here still like Missy me and you.

Okay we all have heard it said before BUT tighter is not better even if its not your own fault. I've been doing great. Haven't had an adjustment since Jan. But lately I have been tight having reflux and such but begrudgingly went in for an unfill. Dr. Thinks I got so inflamed from my fibro/lupus flare up and never auieted down. I couldn't eat well so ofcourse I went to the slider foods and the effect ... gained a few pounds back. No surprise there. Well hopefully it will all be rectified soon an I can go back to my "green" zone again.

Well since I live in the state of Romney. Massachusetts. I see what a job he did. An yes the New Healthcare plan is based off of some articles as the Romney care. Whether right or wrong people deserve healthcare. Why can other countries offer it free an clear but not here. Hmmm?

I too am in school an understand the tuning in aspect. Later in the day we get physically and mentally tired. One quick fix record your lecture. Then start increasing your protein and water maybe you just need the increased energy because you have so much going on. -
In 2 weeks you could look like this!

Yup I was swollen. It usually from the gas that they fill the area up with so they can maneuver the instruments.

Hi, so far I feel I am doing well with my lap band. I am in Onederland for the first time in 16 years, my plantar facitis is completely gone, I can walk miles and not die. However "the girls" are still the same. I am on the smaller size as far as my frame is considered but I have always been busty. Im 5'2" and started this journey with a bust size of 40DD, now I'm 36DD. I still get back pain, I still get the digging in on my shoulders from my bra straps. I have lost 40lbs. so my question is, do I still have hope that by losing more weight I will get to a smaller size or should I go ahead and make my appt for a reduction consult.? thanks for your help

Negative remarks -- from someone who should know better

Hi there. IMHO there is a difference in being polite and. Being walked on. Sorry to say you were walked on. ie. There is always a dignified way of answering these questions. You haven't lost weight... "oh you see so many people however I have lost 30pounds and I'm feeling really good about that" Or You'll go back to bread/carbs. You can say. "Don't get me wrong I still have a varied diet however I stay away from the white foods, but I do enjoy brown rice, Quinoa, or whole wheat grains." Yes I have given this a lot of thought since I have ran into the same scenario's. But maybe most importantly you will be teaching your daughter to stand up in a respectful way about her decisions. Oh an yes that "professional" was out of line. -
