I use "Bariatric Advantage" products. They someone a tracheophyte of them, all tailored to the WLS the organism has had. I equivalent not having to f**k multiples of things to get the nutrition I poverty. And after a period of beingness banded, my labs were perfect. No deficiencies at all. So patently the nutrition is employed wellspring. The price is a bit higher than you'll undergo at the local keep for another brands, (averages near 45 cents a day for the multi vitamin), but these are premeditated for the specialised needs of bandsters, and were advisable by my Sawbones.
