Hey Y'all I was banded 10/28/2012. I am down 63lbs. Everything is going awesome! I have become quiet the gym rat and actually enjoy working my butt off(literally) I have lost literally 19 inches in my waist. It seems surreal. My next mini goal is 75lbs down so I have 12 to go! Hope all is well with everyone! -

Isn't it crazy how different everyones bodies are? I am 5'7" and wear a Size 22 sometimes a size 20 starting at a Pre-Op weight of 315. I have heard of people my weight wearing such a larger size and I have heard of some wearing smaller...Anyone care to list Weight, Height and Pant Size?

My sister recently told me out of anger that I was so fat I needed surgery to lose weight. THAT....Did not end well....for her. -

High Protein, Low-Sodium, Low Calorie and I do lots of Cardio in the gym I should add I have 5 cc in a 10cc band. Wont be getting a fill for awhile! -
