I had a check up and weigh-in this afternoon and in one month I managed to not lose any weight. Of course, I haven't been journaling or exercising. So...my doctor challenged me to walk 20 min. on the treadmill before I allow myself to turn on my new laptop. It worked! I turned on an episode on Seinfeld and hopped on the treadmill and before I knew it...my 20 min. was up!!!
