I got banded on Tuesday 1/10/12. I did the protien shakes, jello and broth for the 2 week pre-surgery diet. I Cheated a bunch of times but not bad. I still lost 15 pounds in two weeks. I found that muscle milk is the best tasting and has the most protien. Today is my last day of clear liquids and tomorrow I can go back to the full liquid diet. i cannot wait to eat a yogurt in the morning. LOL.
