I had Gastic Sleeve on May 27th, 2011 with Dr. Rodriguz, in Mexico. I live in Florida. I have lost 140lbs since my sergery date. I feel as if im slowing down on losing weight, i work out 4 days a week and i dont really drink the protien shakes, does anyone know any protein shakes that taste good? Ive very picky. But i found protein pills i take as a supplment. I need advice on different types of food that people are eating? I hate Veggies and im not sure what i should do they wont stay down... if any one has any advice please let me know. Thanks Zuly

I also had chest pain and nothing worked its due to your patassium level. its low. Buy the pills and eat bananas, you will see the pain go away fast.
