You are doing great! I have lost 29 pounds but at a stall for the last week. keep it up!!

My husband is kinda like this, but I just keep remembering how bad I want this weight off and how good I'm gonna look so I can get through anything.

I am three weeks out. Just started mushy foods. I had lost 26 total at two weeks out. Then I hit a stall for a week. Today I weighed and i'm down three more pounds. I had talked to the doctor and they said your body is just adjusting to everything and this will happen. I am sure you are losing inches still. So don't worry, you'll be fine!!

That's sos funny. I have craved them since pre op diet. I talk about them alot!! But I haven't eat them....

I am 12 days post op and my left side is still so sore. Can someone tell me how long this will last? Also I don't seem to get much of my liquid diet down, will this keep me from losing weight?

I was also sleeved 1-17...I am on on 3 week liquid diet. I seem to be doing ok. I have been sore still on the left side and get tired easily. But never hunrgy!!

I will have my surgery there this coming week....1-17-11 Dr Nick...I am soooooooo ready!!

I am so sorry about you mom...I lost my dad one year ago and getting ready for surgery next week. I couldn't imagine losing my mom right now. Good job on your weight loss. Try your best to keep your head up and keep moving forward. Keep all you mom memories close to your heart. Godd luck!

Hey Smilecharmer... I have already lost seven pounds on pre op diet. That keeps me going. Each day has gotten easier for me. You can do this!! Good luck...

I know how you feel...Today is my 4th day of pre op diet and I didn't wake up hungry for th first time. I also slept really good last night....Remember we can do this together. We will be skinny one day!!

All of this is so exciting to read! I can't wait till it's me. I started pre op diet yesterday! I have a 17 year old daughter also and I keep telling her we will be sharing jeans soon. I don't think she believes me. But we will.... SOON!

You look amazing! Great job...I will be sleeved on Jan 17th... Can I ask a question? Do you have loose skin after losing so much weight?
