After every fill do you have to go on liquids for a couple of days? Had my first fill and so far cannot tell too much of a restriction. I know it will take a while but I want 80 lbs gone now

I have question about grinding meds. Can you take small pills like Claritan or do you grind everything? Also kind of the same question do you take small chunks or grind everything to a powder? Thanks. Congratulations and good luck to all the blogs I have read. They are all encouraging and exciting.

My first fill will be tomorrow YAY! I have a question about grinding meds. If a pill is small like Claritan do you still grind it. Do you take small chunks or ground to a powder? I am excited to get fill. I have been eating and my family says are you supposed to eat that. I know they are trying to help but I get mad at them.

Introduction Lap Banded On 11/29/11
doit replied to Wendy Peters's topic in Tell Your Weight Loss Surgery Story
Hi - I just joined and had my surgery 11/29/11 too. I feel exactly like you. I didn't know at first that I hadn't had a fill and when I found out not until 1/9 that I would get it I have gone off the wall. I don't realize that cheating only hurts me. Does it hurt when you eat too much? -
I just had surgery 11/29. I was doing pretty good until I find out that my lap band hasn't been filled yet. I felt like my chance to eat more until it was done. Why am I doing this to myself!! I want the results but I still cheat. I am only hurting myself. I can figure this out but I have gained 2 lbs. Any good advice on this.

Sharp Left Shoulder Pain After Lap Band Surgery
doit replied to pink dahlia's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I read the part about not diagnosing but I had terrible shoulder pain too. I think it is gas although everyone laughs when I say I have gas in my shoulder. I use gasX tabs that dissolve in your mouth and it helps.
