As I am still losing weight, and I have a lot more to go, but... I like that I am getting back into some clothes that were laying around forever in the closet. I like that I can fit into jeans that are 4 sizes smaller. I like that I can bend down to tie my sneakers/laces. I like that I can walk and exercise without feeling like I would die. I like that I have a lot more energy. I like that my wedding rings are no longer tight. I like that my hip doesn't hurt as much as they use too. (this is a big deal because I have one hip replaced and the other one is going).

CG, clever idea!

I personally use skim milk when drinking a Protein Drink, besides i am getting an extra 8 grams more of protein with my shake. You can also try almond milk as well, they sell it unsweetened or sweetened.

That is true results right there CG!!! You have come a long wayyyy baby! You are going to break that milestone, I can just feel it! Congrats! -
Everyone's taste buds are different when it comes to Protein Shakes/Drinks. You can easily spend tons of money doing this. I would recommend going to your local Walmart and look at their Pure Protein in a 2lb. tub of chocolate Frosty for $19.99. Its tasty when mixed with skim or almond milk. You can also go to the unjury.com site and order their samples, many rave on here how delish their chocolate splendor is. They both have 20-25 grams of Protein and under 5 grams of carb that you are seeking. Best of luck,

Great advice from our fellow bandsters - Remember you are probably still swollen/bloated, retaining Fluid - You are in the "healing' phase. Give it time hon, hang in there (hugs) -

Susan, Very common, happened to me as well. I freaked out the most when Water was even disgusting to drink (and I am a huge water fan). Your buds will go back to normal as the days go by... Hang in there (hugs)

Hi Addi, Honestly, I wish there was a magic answer for this for every time a person posted about hitting a plateau. I like you hit my first plateau in October, 2012 and it lasted for almost 5 weeks before I took action into my own hands. The thing I learned the most is to keep constant track of everything I ate. As my body keeps losing weight some of my nutrients needed to be tweaked as well. Example: My carb intake was between 120-125 a day, I was losing steady until I hit that plateau. Apparently, since my big weight loss my body no longer wanted that much carbs, so I decided to cut that in half and before you know, it kicked start my metabolisim and I began to lose again. It is going to be through trial and error what works for you, everyone is different and no two bodies lose alike. You have your caloric count/carb count - I also want to add that you could possibly try upping your protein to 60 and up. (its worth the shot) ? I know its frustrating, hang in there you will start losing again (hugs)

Yes, and the Palmer's cocoa butter too!!!!
-
Two things and it won't cost you an arm and leg... Drink plenty of Water and moisturize twice a day with any aloe/vitamin E/cocoa butter lotions. You don't have to buy any expensive stuff, it worked for me. I purchased whatever was on sale, Jergens, gold bond, sally hansen cocoa butter,
