Chez is right, not everyone will get it. I only told 3 of my friends (wished I only told 2), because that 3rd one has been litterally getting on my last nerve with all her Facebook rants about dieting, overweight woman, and fat cartoon characters. Btw, she is overweight too. Her last comment made me really pissed off. She got very sick and because of that she lost 16 lbs. So she bragged about how she lost the weight and said "at least I didn't have to do anything to lose it".. How caddy

Yea, its that time of the year again.. blah! I don't know why, even as far as I have come with my weight loss I still think about chocolates! It really aggravates me and bothers me that I can go on for days talking bout it, thinking about, craving it, and wanting to eat it. I know this is all mental games that plays in my mind. I just hate that I 'still' want it. I love chocolates, especially dark rich truffles. My husband every year on Valentines Day would buy me a box of the finest chocolates to endulge in, with a bottle of my favorite wine. I dread when I have to go to the super markets and look at all the Valentine Day displays (those people should be punished), LOL I have not caved in, and I only hope that my strong will power will prevent me from buying a bag of Lindt chocolate truffles that I love so much! This Valentine's Day I will share some wine and fresh strawberries with my love, yes I may drizzle some dark chocolate over them, but it will be way better than those killer Lindt balls,

MsRhonda, go to the ER now! if you are describing a tube coming up from the back of your throat, that could be a swollen epiglottis. Not to get you scared, but its very serious if you don't take care of it now! soooo, get off the comp and call your hubby to meet you there at the hospital. (it could be something different), but, better safe than sorry. Keep us posted!

Well, I hoped to have lost more weight this month of January, however I did meet my expected goal was to have lost a total of -90lbs for this month and I did achieve that with an extra -1. I am happy never the less....

My husband tonight found a SD card laying around and had no idea what was on it. So, of course he naturally placed it in the disc drive and "poof" there was a picture of me I hadn't seen, amongst other pictures we forgot. The picture was taken on my granddaughters Kindergarten graduation (2011) in June. I wasn't upset and I didn't cry. I just stared at the picture for a long while, remembering how I felt and how uncomfortable I was that day. The shirt was so pretty and barely fit. My black blazer didn't even close/button. I am sure the jeans were tight. I may have looked happy on the outside, but I know on the inside I was miserable. I looked at how my stomache was bulging out of that pretty shirt and I couldn't even hide it! Sometimes all it takes is an old former picture of yourself to say "look" how far I have come. I am not that same person anymore. I feel different, I look different. That puts everything into perspective, completely! Today, that same black blazer is big on me and can fold the one side over to the other side of my body. That pretty blouse is loose, and those jeans are now too big to wear.

I haven't had a fill and I am deff.no expert other than what I read on this forum daily. Just logic makes me think that if something was tightened around my delicate stomache I would want to wait at leas a full day or so, in case of swelling before eating any solid foods, but thats just my opinion.
