JMarshall commented on HeavenSent's blog entry in HeavenSent's Blog
Good Luck and keep us posted ! -
its time to quarantine yourself from your husband and anyone else who is sick. Being so close to surgery you do not want to have to push your date back because you are sick.

1Month Post Op...can't Stop Throwing Up
JMarshall replied to grayeybeauty's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
it sounds like it could be a stomach virus. If the vomiting and diarrhea does not stop go to the ER. Dehydration comes quick when you have the sleeve. -
Just A Venting Session....
JMarshall commented on tmorgan813's blog entry in A funny thing happend while I was loosing weight
First things first, Its always better to get out your frustration than to hold it in. I can definitely relate to the pain. I have been having ongoing back and nerve pain for the last 2 years. one of the reasons i had this surgery was to help relieve some of the pressure on the nerves in my back. My pain is more manageable now and i don't have to take heavy duty pain killers like i used to. i really hate taking vicodin, celebrex, tramadol and muscle relaxers , they only take the edge off the pain a little. These drugs only treat the symptoms and not the actual problem. i was also scared to get into the pool . i was afraid of having my back spasm up while in the water so i have avoided pools. now that i am down about 200 pounds i am more confident to get into the water. Dont worry about the stall, we all have them. Sometimes when you stall you have to go back to the basics to get a jump start in the weight loss. Try LilMissDiva 's boot camp to help break the stall. Good luck and stay positive ! -
Congrats keep up the good work.

Dont give up. You may have lost a battle but you will win the war. I will leave you with this inspirational quote. ""Now we are the masters of our fate, That the task which has been set us is not above our strength .That it's pangs and toils are not beyond our endurance .As long as we have faith in our cause and an unconquerable will-power Salvation will not be denied us ! I use GNC Pro Performance® AMP Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60. 60 grams of protein per serving. It has amino acids to help with protien absorption. i only do 1 serving a day. sometimes i will break it into 2 servings.
