Everyone is different but it does sound like a stall. Everyone has theirs at different points but try possible increasing your water intake and see what happens. We get so caught up on protein that we forget our water, especially in liquids phase. After the stall, i bet you will drop a lot!! dont give up! -

lol. Work out Tuesday, thurs & friday nights 7pm, 30 minutes, Jillian Michael's Yoga Melt or Killer Buns & thighs video Saturday & Sunday @ 6am & 3 pm, treadmill 20 minutes, incline 10.0 & 2.5 speed, then i weight train for 1 hour which includes 4 sets of 10 on each muscle machine. i focus on my back and legs and arms for 1 extra set because i want a smooth back and strong arms (my back looks great by the way). i focus on increasing my resistance as much as possible. i want to make sure that its always difficult to complete the 10 repetitions but i can do it without taking a break. after each set, i stop for 1 minute then continue. Hope this helps! -

@ Stephers, i am on solids now per my surgeon. Yes, i get full on 3-4 bites but its a salad and its nutritious. Protein bars that i buy are the natures valley 10G protein bars. i literally eat a quater of the bar at a time and its fine for me. Take small bites and take your time Stephers, and stop as soon as you feel anything in your tummy. -

Also, If you guys are experiencing low energy then you must focus on your protein. The only time i experience low energy is when i dont drink my protein. Its your bodies source of energy and if you are doing an intense work out then have a protein shale before you work out and a piece of a banana just so your body doesnt go on empty in the middle of your work out. i work out 5 times a week including twice a day on the weekends, also i hike often and i do the "Culver city stairs" which is like a mountain with stairs going up forever, i mean there are so many darn stairs and i do that every weekend. . i am eating my protein shakes for breakfast or i may have quinoa with dried cranberries and egg then for snack, i have string cheese or fruit or protein bars and another shake for dinner. i dont count calories because i am very active and i pay attention to my body. i eat small snacks in between meals and i drink nothing but water or crystalite. As soon as i feel satisfied, i stop eating. And i carry healthy snacks where ever i go. I love salad and my fridge is packed with left overs because i stop eating not when i am full but when i am satisfied. i LOVE my sleeve! -

i use to be a huge carb queen!! but after eating so many salads and seafood and different veggies during my preop diet, i realized that breads and such dont have nearly as much flavor and actual veggies and meat and such.
