I fortunately dont have a family like that but as long as you don't over eat and eat small portions I would say you will be okay.

Exercise...the younger u are I guess the less loose skin u will have. I'm 25 and I go next Friday for surgery and I'm hoping that I don't have much loose skin but I look at it as if I do then that's less my skin will have to stretch when I have another baby but they did say exercise helps

Welcome I started my weight loss journey 10 months ago. I had to do 6 months with a dietician and I got insurance approval 2 weeks ago and I hav surgery August 3rd so 8 days away. What has gotten me through this long process was my daughter and husband.

My surgery is August 3rd so I have 8 days left.

Welcome I'm scheduled for surgery Friday August 3rd so I have 8 days left. I have Vermont state health insurance. I started my weight loss journey back in Septemeber but went to my information seminar in November and I finally got to meet my surgeon in June. I got approved by my insurance 2 weeks ago. I on day 7 of my 14 day pre-op diet and as of yesterday I had already lost 9 pounds but I haven't weighed myself yet today lol. I had to do 6 months with a dietician. Each insurance is different because others have a set weight loss goal that u have to meet before they will approve u. Good luck on your weight loss journey

Thanks the pre-op diet definitely helps u lose weight before surgery but I'm able to eat 600-800 calories of food

Going into a plus size store and not being able to even fit into the size they Carrie also having the other students with my daughter make fun of her and me because she has a fat mom (that's embarrassing and extremely hurtful)

Welcome to the group I have surgery scheduled for next Friday August 3rd...I did have to attend a few classes and they definitely helped plus looking up as much as possible online helps too

Did any of you have any burning in your head after just taking one pill? I have some burning in my head and my whole body felt cold. The burning comes and goes but it has me worried and I didn't take one today, I took an Ativan instead because my anxiety is high today because my husband is coming home for our 2 year wedding anniversary today
