You had asked what people are eating. Here is some of the things I have been eating. For Breakfast #1> Hard boiled egg and a piece of toast with sugar free jam and a yop (yogart drink). Breakfast #2> 1/2 cup of oatmeal and a piece of fruit, apple, pear or peach. Lunch #1> mini wrap with canned salmon lite mayo and lettuce and 1/4 cup of cottage cheese on the side, and a glass of milk 1/2 before the meal and the other 1/2 in a bit after.
