    Being To Paranoid??

I've been banded since '09,not much weight loss from it 38lbs down from 340lbs,been VERY disgusted with it so far,i was doing 10 to 12 miles aweek cardio 3X's aweek in the gym for 2 yrs straight with not much success....so i started weight training hard now the weight is ever increasing......is it from the extra protein 150grams a day approx."eating habits" Lean cuisines until i can't stand them anymore,i feel like i've done everything right with no results.
  2. 2 1/2 yrs and only 38lbs lighter......DISGUSTED!

  3. Goin for an upper GI this morning first one since banded almost 2 1/2 yrs ago..........but i was thinking for what these things cost these Dr,'s should have a deal with plastic surgeons to be included in the band to have excess skin removal done........i would just LOVE to get rid of these man titties.....and no...chest exercises don't work too well on a 43yr old man because i'm pressing 400lbs for the last 2 yrs with no results and butterfly presses.....i'm sure others would agree also.....i'm sure they could include it in the post surgery....might make the insurance go for it...any input on this??

  5. Elizabeth, thats my concern and i'm having more anxiety attacks because of it,i was banded in 3/26/09 starting weight was 340lbs ....went down as far as 281lbs now back up to 295lbs....now i can seem to lose anything at all i have 8 1/2 cc's of fluid in my band and it only holds 11cc's....i'm affraid its stretch to much and if i ruined it.....i did lots of cardio and weight lifting but it keeps climbing.
