So had surgery 12-27 lost 10 pre-op and 22 after...so a total of 32. How's everyone else doing?

anyone using dr. wilkenfeld? or used? I would love to know some people's reviews.

sept 8 first visit. banded dec 27. have Aetna.

I usually sleep on my belly. or the side where my port is. I'm currently 7 days post op. will I ever be able to sleep belly down again? lol

I had my surgery last week. I didn't meet the doctor until my pre op class. he was nice.

surgery 12-27-11 down 10 lbs preop diet started 12-15 down 10 lbs total of 20 lbs since starting!

where can I find a good biotin vitamin? all the ones I find are horse pills!

I started Tuesday and have lost 10 lbs. It was hard the first two days, but easier now. 9 more days!

I just got approved...and hopefully will be banded Tuesday the 27th!

the office informed to start dieting earlier in the week before my approval came in. the diet was so hard in the beginning! but then when I found out I was actually approved I was like this is a breeze! it could of been that or the fact that it was my third day and everyone says it gets easier after the third day. lol I have been on this site for since September when I first went to my initial consultation. and Friday was the first day I decided to join in! I'm so excited and hope everything goes well for u! (sorry if I have typos...doing this on my iPhone and it autocorrect craps) lol btw the only thing I crave and miss is dr pepper!

I'm suppose to have it dec 27. I got approval today they submitted it to Aetna last friday.
