Yeah I feel you in that, sometimes I'm afraid that I have stretched out my stomach but I don't think that's the case. -

Based on my height and weight it says my daily calorie goal is 2090 but I NEVER get that many. On average it's around 700-1200 calories. -
I'm so sorry your having such a hard time. Things will get better!

Just make sure that you find a protein drink that you enjoy. It's sooooo important. I personally enjoy Premier Chocolate. They also have vanilla are ready to drink. You can find them at Sams and CostCo. If your using powder, try using skim milk instead of water. How this helps!

If you look at where you can type in it search for foods you'll see a light blue button that kinda looks like a bar code. If you press that ugly will turn over to a camera where you can scan your foods rather than searching for it -

I am very lucky to have the support of most of my family. My dads side were telling me not to do it but I think it was just the severity of the procedure. I'm sorry to hear some of you don't have that support.....that sucks. But I have also lied saying I can't eat certain foods, which is funny because I'm a manager for Ben & Jerrys hahahahhahaa guess I'm the perfect loss preventionist!

I've been going through some marriage issues the last 6 months and my Dr prescribed me Zoloft to help. Since then I have had a serious loss of appetite, bathroom problems and my stomach aches and is somewhat painful (more so uncomfortable). Does anybody know about taking anti depressants post op!?!? I've researched through my paperwork gen by my surgeon but haven't found anything. Please help!

I've been going through some marriage issues for about 6 months now and my Dr has prescribed me Zoloft. I've looked into all of my paperwork given by my surgeon and it doesnt say anything about it. I'm in day 3 now and since then my stomach aches for about 3 minutes and I've had some bathroom issues...and my appetite is non existent. Normally since my survey (12/5/11) I've been consuming around 1200 calories daily and the last 3 days I've only had around 500...I'm just not hungry and when I try to force myself to eat something I feel like I'm cheating or doing something I shouldn't be doing. Anybody know about anti depressants post op? Please help!!

PSuggs replied to Odee's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
Sleep apnea just sucks... Ive lost 115 lbs in 4 months and I still have to use my BiPap machine. It's very hard to get used to at first but overtime you will start to feel so much better and you'll get to a point where you can't sleep without it! -
Question About Premiere Shakes
PSuggs replied to SexySlim's topic in Protein, Vitamins, and Supplements
You want to make sure you are mixing enough milk or water. They shouldn't be clumpy. Try using a blender maybe? They ALWAYS taste better with skim milk! You can also try the premier drinks. They sell them at Sams and CostCo as well, and they're Ready-to-drink -
All The Protein Shakes I've Tried Ao Far, Upset My Stomach
PSuggs replied to LTARLTON's topic in Protein, Vitamins, and Supplements
I would definitely stay away from Muscle Milk because it has a TON of fat! I currently use premier and Iso 1000 -
Is there a SAMs or COSTCO in your area? They have 3 types that I use. PREMIER protein shakes are my favorite! There is no bad smell and the chocolate TASTES like chocolate! They also come in vanilla. I think Slimfast is good also. The 3rd protein product they have is a METRX protein shot that is fruit punch flavored and tastes great mixed with crystal light. Slimfast has 20g, Premier has 30g and MetRx has 32g. My dr referred me to Bariatric Advantage and omgosh those shakes we're revolting BUT the snack bars were good. I hope this information helps!

Abdominal Pain After Gastric Sleeve Surgery
PSuggs replied to crazycatlady8's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I definately understand the possibility of having a leak is a scary thing! I was sitting in my garage tonight talking to my wife and some friends when I felt a "pop" in my lower stomach area. Immediately my adrenaline started going but its been about an hour since the incident and I don't feel any pain. I can imagine if I actually DID have a leak I would feel severe pain.....right? My 2 week check up is tomorrow but I'm afraid I could just be blowing this out of proportion. Could it be possibly gas? Has anybody else felt this before?
