Well today was pre-op liquid diet day 02 which was alot better. Since surgeons office suggested I switch brands protein, said I can use my regular brand Body Fortress, so since I did that has been a much smoother and enjoyable day, all EXCEPT my tailbone.Not sure how long it takes for a tailbone to heal but hopefully before I go into surgery.

Called the surgeon this morning, told them cant keep their Bariatric Advantage banana down and tried the chocolate and same thing as well. So they sd to try another brand thats high in protein and low to no carbs. So I told her my reg brand Body Fortress has 60g protein and 8g carbs and she sd to use that in place of their Bariatric Advantage.I also called my regular doctor cause cant hardly sit down from fallin down steps yesterday, so their ordering some xrays on my tailbone. Every friggin email I have opened today has involved food....of all days to do this to me....ha ha but their not gonna win, I got this.

Well so far so good. This meal replacement shake not too bad made with water. I normally make my shakes with skim milk but rute now cant have milk so have to use water. I have the banana shakes and got me an orange jello for my breakfast. Goin good so far.

Well I just fell again out in my laundry room outside. Was puttin ladder up that we let the painters son borrow today, my feet were wet from spraying down the patio cleanin up from their mess (they never clean their messes up), stepped up into the laundry room same leg as the one I hurt in walmart slipped out from in under me, with the ladder landing on me, and am yelling out for help, my son and finace' came runnin, had son get the ladder off of me and put it up, then he and my fiance helped...

Does anyone know if Hibiclens cleanser expires. I have a bottle of it here from last summer when Paul had his bike wreck. If it dont expire then wont have to buy any for my shower the night before surgery.

I use the fitbit pedometer and it syncs automatically. Got the app fir ut on my Android too so can enter my food and other exercises as well.

Well I go for my pre-op testing in the morning at the hospital. Kinda nervous cause I'm a VERY hard stick for the labs part. Drinking the barium dont bother me just the stickung me for a vein.

I dont have to drink that stuff eith when my surgery gets here on July 16. I have ti take the Osmoprep script the doc sent me....wasnt cheap either $65. I start at 7am with 4 pills then take 4 every 15 min till the hr is over at 8am that 20 pills in an hr. Then 12 hrs later I have to do the same thing (12 mire pills total)...each dose taken with 8 Oz Water, well will get my water in for the day. Ughhhhh!!!!!!! -
