On vacation in Orlando, Florida (7/29/09). Still holding at size 14 and yo-yo'ing between 198-202. I'm on a new mission to my goal of 175 lbs.

75 lbs gone forever! This is a size 12-14 dress too. I couldnt believe it when I tried it on and it fit!

I agree this is totally normal I wasn't feeling it either I just kept pushing to get better, due to having to return to work in a couple of days. Hang in there it will pass and for the gas get you some Gas X and Milk of Mag for constipation its works believe me. -

Yes, hang in there I am in week three and I can think of all kinds of things to eat but I won't I love cheetos. I have found that popsicles and pudding and yogurt are my best friends when I have those sweet fits and the cheesy fits. So, just talk yourself thru it and find another out and a healthier craving.
