If you're coming to Chicago for your surgery check out the bariatric program at Northwestern Memorial downtown. Dr. Alexander Nagle there did my surgery on 12/19/11 and I was very pleased with him and his staff. -

This is one of the very few photos of me at my heaviest (305 lbs), soon after I decided to go through the process of getting the sleeve. Every time I look at this I still don't believe that it's actually me. -
