I started at size 26....i kept one pair of pants to keep me humble.

I have 19 more pounds til I reach goal...285 seems so far away...but its funny how ill go shopping in a store and be in womens plus size department 10 minutes before I remember I'm not that size anymore...habits are hard to break I guess..i love my size 12s just not use to it..like the first time somebody called me skinny...i thought they were kidding...never been called that before in my whole life...wow

Thanks but no I'm sipping it and its not mucas its actual chunks..its really wierd..ill bring it up but I dont see my doc til the end of april..

OMG...i can no longer drink milk..anybody else having this problem? Every time I drink a.glass it comes back up in chunks..YUK!! Clabbered milk coming up all night....and I LOVE skim milk

Typically im a food picker since surgery...meaning picking at my food more than eating it..except during that time of the month...for about one week out of each month I can and do eat anything and everything...the other three weeks..two chicken nuggets are considered a full meal, three nuggets and I'm throwing them up.

How do you know when its time for surgery? I started this journey at 285 pounds and a size 26...now I'm about 180 and a size 14..but I am all belly..if I didnt have my belly I would be in about an 8..i have to be 144 pounds for a normal bmi but already boney in most places..should I lose that last 35 pounds before I contact my PS?

Mine does this if I over eat. Its amazing how little of food makes me full these days..my bestie says I eat in a week what I use to eat in a day.i love it

He doesnt know..I'm afraid of how he will react..i dont want him to be constantly worrying about every man I talk to..I'm hoping this will just pass.

My husband and I have been married almost 30 years..During those years I never looked at other guys and believe me at 285 pounds they never noticed me either but luckily our sex life has always been amazong.....until now...our sex is better than ever but I cant quit flirting back when guys give me attention...last weekend I al ost got into a lot of trouble but I stopped it..im scared one day it may go to far...could losing all this weight (115 pds)..be a curse? My best friend said it was typical hormone shift in lap band and that I should get counseling...please tell me I'm not the only one feeling this way..by the way I love my hisband. We have been soul mates since 8th grade and I'm now 47.

well i started this journey wearing a size 26 blue jeans (only had one pair) the day after thanksgiving i bought my first pair of Tommy jeans size 16 and today my mom said sherri lynne those britches are falling right off of you girl.. christmas list-- size 14 jeans... YAY ME What are you celebrating this holiday season?

Congrats thats just awsome. remember that this road is all about taking things "One Day At A Time". ENJOY THE JOURNEY, you are going to be soo glad that you did this. your whole life is about to change and its ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL..

kielbasa on the grill is my favorite but i dont eat it very often because of the sodium. usually cant do chicken or porkchops unless i soak them in barbque sauce or ranch dressing then ive got all those calories ugh..never a happy medium.
