Well went back for my 1 month check up and I'm down 27 pounds since surgery. That makes a total of 69 pounds since I started this journey in May 2011.

I think it depends on your Doctor. My guy only made you do all liquid the day before your surgery. -
I had my surgery on Friday and was back to work on Tuesday.

I had my surgery December 2, 2011. I weighed myself today and for the first time in 7 years I'm under 300lbs. This is a tremendous goal for me.
