Hello all My upper stomach aches it feels like my whole Abdomen is swollen and when I push on it it's tender I'm 14mos postop RNY I still have my gallbladder I was drinking Water the other night and it seemed like it didn't want to go down?? And I have ingestion a lot .... Anyone have this happen??

I also ate those strawberries I don't know Why my pouch and or my gallbladder is acting Up.... Don't know anything about a bowl obstruction Or something stuck in my pouch I going to give it a few days see if it gets better If it stays the same or gets worst I will call MD Thanks

I'm one year postop from gastric bypass Yesterday I ate some almonds dry roasted peanuts ..... Then in the evening I ate 3 strawberries ... Then my stomach felt like it swelled up till I felt like I was 10mos pregnant.... My stomach this morning is still feels sore inside Trying to drink a Protein drink but stomach feels Like a have done 50 sit-ups but I haven't Can anyone tell me what's going on.... And I guess half of a caffeine free diet moutain dew the other day is a no no Like to here from others

1 year out from revision surgeryWeight loss has been slow I had lapband First them it slipped then had RNY done My Weightloss is slow because I only have A small amount to lose per sergeant He said people who weight a lot will lose their weight fast and people with under 100 to lose Will lose slow so I'm moving like a turtle but I Will cross the finish line on day But I'm Healthy on the inside God bless

You know I had revision surgery 10 mos ago And when I went to the sergeant he said for my height and weight that I with the revision surgery Would only lose 50 pounds So I still went with the surgery And you know what he was right the more you weight and the heavier you are the faster you will lose If I wanted to eat Protein everyday I would have Just stayed on a Akins diet Now my weight loss has came to a hold I try to get protein in I only get around 40-50 grms a day And it's hard getting Water in Does anyone have any ideals how I can get my body losing again I'm about 45 pounds away from where I want yo be in my whole Weightloss Journey Give me some ideal please on what to eat a And drink Would like to lose these 45 pounds before my anniversary date Any help would be appreciated Thanks
