How is everybody doing this week from your surgery? Me doing great!! Have to take a drain tube home with me till Monday Using hot packs for shoulder gas pains Over all the surgery was good no complications Hope everyone is feeling great Godspeed

I came home yesterday from the hospital Now confused on how much to take in and what Can someone give me some help RNY buddies Hope all is well -
Well I can see the finish line!!! So excited !!! Goodbye lapband hello RNY ... And starting a new ME.... Have to be at the hospital at 5:30 am surgery at 8:30 Good luck to all the others having surgery this same day.... Prayers go out to all and a speedy recovery Godspeed.... I'm thanking God in advance for all he has done for me..... Talk to all after surgery... God Bless

Guess what I'm singing !!! It's over .....smaller sizes Here I come, Healthier me here I come, Happier me here I come.. I'm so happy and blessed that tomorrow my New Me will start.... Enhanced luquid diet for 5 days anyone else doing this

Well 9 days of diet then NOW 5 days before surgery I can only have these 3 enhanced vanilla diets and decaf tea decaf coffee and water Then 8 hrs before surgery drink 32oz of Gatorade g2 then 3hrs before surgery drink an 8oz Gatorade G2 So no more food?? Just what I stated above Anyone else doing this?? It's ruff Hope everyone is well -
