Spoke to my dietician today about diving again (I want to start up again with the new season in March/April) and she thought I would need at least 1 ml out. Given I have only just started being filled the thought of being released fills me with dread. For the courses I want to do I would only need to go down to a max 22 m / 72 ft with experienced trainers who know about the band some start at 6 m / 20 ft.
I am tempted to start with the courses that are completed in shallower Water, having liquids only before and after and see how I get on.
Has anyone else with a restricted band been diving? Have you had it relaxed so you can go?
