I cut up a personel seedless melon and put it in a plastic dish. I eat off that thing for 5 days. But I use sea salt cause I crave it. But thats my biggest vice lol. Plus I only get them once every 2 months so its not that big of a deal. Just make sure you think about adjusting your carb and sodium count before hand

I am gonna have to throw this at yall. For 5 months and 2 weeks I took the liquid form. For the last 2 weeks I got the injectables with a slin pin. I feel absolutely way better than the previous 5 1/2 months. Energy is elevated, mood elevated. I am a firm believer in injectable B12. Throw the rest away. I loaded my system with 1ml every day for 7 days then 2x a week there after.

Just crush them up like your doing and mix it in a juice or Water. It gets better. Trust me it does. Give yourself time. But as far as all the meds that you listed save them unless you need them. I am surprized that you dont have antibiotics. That kind of concerns me.
