Cleaning your house as in cleaning everything you cant eat out of it. Your going to want some substance in your stomach and liquids just dont cut it LoL. I could be like a few of the others on here and say "What about that woman he killed!!!" Wouldn't that bring you down hearing something like that. Do you think drinking them for a 4 week period is going to kill you. All I can say is for myself, without them I would fail my 2 week post op. I am on my pre op and its already coming close to me breaking down. I goto bed starving. But drinking the EAS drinks help big time. I agree. I have tons of books on muscle chemistry. Most dont understand that its an art. When I was 20 I was on track then some emotional issues then money issues hit me and I went into a hole, got fat, and now I cant get out of it because I am too weak. But I have faith in the sleeve and its ability to kick me in the gut. I have always ate healthy but just way to much and recently in the last couple of weeks I found out at entirely the wrong times. Well your not alone. My father and mother dont like the fact that I am going to Mexico fearing they are going to take out some extra organs. My wife doesnt want me to do it because I will get lose weight and my muscles with show again so I will be cheating on her. My wifes parents and numerous friends say I dont need surgery just moderate my intake. Well I will give you my reasons to have it. I want to look like me again, my job depends on my mobilization and ability to enter confined spaces and don a fire suit apparatus, so I can get cleared of sleep apnea,fit in my corvette, so I dont look like a fat guy on a moped when I ride my motorcycle, so I can fit in rides at amusement parks, so my son can look up to me and I can be his role model in continuing an active lifestyle for him. I want to quit hemming my pants because I have to wear a size 40 pants and the shortest size is 34. I could go on but you see That there is numerous reason of why to do this surgery than to not. Sure I can do this 2 week Protein shake thing like a breeze but sooner or later Imma relapse like always. With the sleeves aid I dont think that I will have much choice other than to conform. Tell him you appreciate his concern but I am certain my life will be better with it than live miserably without it. Death is a mere numbers game (null)

Have you tried taking them at night right before bed? This is what I do to all my Vitamins because I take Synthroid. You aren't supposed to have Iron or zinc within 4 hours of ingesting T4. So I just take everything at night. Maybe someone else who is post op can chime in on taking vitamins at night. (null)

Ahhh.. No one knows. Mystery to be solved. Maybe since your bodies are in a catabolic state your liver has an increased working load due to the fact that its processing and burning up your body's own fats rather just storing them. Alcohol consumption would increase its load and which may cause harm to the liver itself.. From a doctors perspective- Why create a problem too soon Yay go me (null)
