I had my sleeve done on 2/17 This is my routine: Morning 17oz Eas Myoplex. 300cal 5.5oz V8 30cal Total time to complete 1 hour 45-60 min break inbetween lunch One fish filet around 4oz 130cal Total time 3 hours 45-60 min break inbetween dinner One fish filet 4oz 130 cal Total time 3 hours. 590cal/day average Notice no Water inbetween. After 1 hour after my last meal Thats when I get my water in. Usually a 20oz bottle which takes me an hour to drink. Did I tell you that food sucks. I really hate to eat now. Maybe my doc put the ringer on me cause I did it for my job cause he knew I had no choice.

Ok I am not a woman first off all. But I will throw this out there. I used to be able to get the top of the line strenght thiomucase cream. I cant anymore so I cant vouch for products on the market now. I have used this before on my inner thighs for 6 months pre summer when I was 20ish. It did work for me. It helps mobilize fat cells. Do a search to get the full story on it. Capt Derel is surprising isn't he. But to get that mental focus your looking for. I cant tell you that. This means the ingredients they list ate probably in there just probably not as much as stated plus they add fillers to take up the excess. In your country you may be able to pick up human chrionic gonadotropin straight from a pharmacy. It is an injectable through an insulin syringe and it has to be reconstituted with bariostatic Water prior to use and once reconstituted it only has a shelf life of 28 days. It works for weightloss but you still have to follow the high protei/low carb diet to maximize its full potential. If you dont do it right it the weight does rebound. But since were sleeved, rebounding might not play a big part. Its worth a shot if your getting the real product. Imho

Do you think the surgery might have gone better if it wouldnt have been a Ban to sleeve revision? I know that I am not clear for months thats why I dont press on it. The slower my transitional phases are the better in helping my stomach heal. Some people get the raw end of a deal and its very unfortunate it happened to you. But I am sure once you fully recover youll feel alot better

The only thing I am handling is fish as in snapper, talapia, salmon, tuna, and swordfish. But it takes me about 3 hours to eat a 4oz steak. If I try and rush the eject button gets pressed. I wish that I could have relish so that I could make a crab salad. Seafoods great but I cant handle shrimp . Well this friday will start week 6 and Imma cook a crawfish ettoufe for my crew. No rice for me just crawfish n sauce will be just fine. Note: Starkist sinsations make a microwaveable fillet of fish thats awesome. I am buying more when I go home. Excellent

I am pretty sure they wont push back the surgery if she did the 3 days of clears right before. You havent read the treads on women eating the day before and then trying to throw up and use mag citrate. LoL thats nuts. But their docs still did the surgery. From my collective gathering the whole diet perspective is to get up into ketosis. It helps out post op big time. But post op the last thing your worrying about is food except for popcicles . I was sick the week of my surgery. I got a shot on monday told both of my docs and both said you will be on enough antibiotics to kill nearly anything left that you will have by then. Hmm so yes tell the doc but will it matter 98% will be negative

I saw the stapler used on my in the surgery room. And it was the ethicon echelon along with the refills . The stapler dont cost that much. Much less the staples. The US and Canada hike prices to make their costs seem legit. I asked the doc before hand how many rows of staples and he said 6. 3 on your new pouch and 3 on the old pouch. And I had my surgery done in jerusalem clinic in TJ,Mx for 4500 bucks. And they had over 20 employees. Figure that one out. Oh and my stapler and refills WERE in the factory presealed packs. Tell your doc to shop for his tools else where

If you do the next 3 days of clears I dont see why u would have a problem. But u have to stick to it.
