Thanks!!! I did have a stall for 3 weeks last month but right after I had my gallbladder surgery jan 10. I dropped 12 in a week! That broke my stall! But ya so exciting know my BMI went from 48.8 to right now 34.8 and I'm 216, haven't been there in a while! Next goal is to get to 199(under 200) and to get to 29.9 BMI so I'm totally out of obese mode and on to ur just overweight my goal is 145-150.

I'm about 4 months post-op and in the beginning I lost some but not much...but now omg I swear I'm going bald soon.i mean I have thick hair and could afford to lose some lol...I hate taking showers now I'm covered, I brush my hair the brush is full, my clothes I can't deal with it, so I'm looking for a vitamin for hair loss, I seen something about taking more vitamin b but I'll be finding something!!!!

I'm about 4 months post op and I was just cleared for no more restrictions...now that I'm cleared I was wondering how many calories am I suppose to be getting a day...I never really counted before because I wasn't eating as extreme with breads ,pastas or anything.i know I Gould know but I don't. I've lost 83lbs total and I really don't want to throw myself off now that I'm allowed the carbs...so what's the range off calories I should be getting in a day??? Thanks

And I understand...I mean my family was worried too. It's natural...no turning back now

When I was at that stage, it hurt to eat well drink the liquids,because I was so hungry!! Ur stomach is still healing and probably very hungry...that's all I can say.ince I went to purée it started to go away

HW:300 DOS:10/9 SW:267 CW:218 No complications,except I just had to get my gallbladder taken out on 1/10, btw that surgery hurt worse then the sleeve...gas pains,infected incision,1 still open. But anyway 49lbs gone since 10/1, 82lbs gone total!!! Feeling great!

I didn't gain anything when I was in the hospital.I had a three night stay too,I mean I only lost 3 lbs when I was there so 1lb a day. But everyone is different and you will also have stalls but don't be discouraged it happens to every one. I started at 300lb and dos I was 267(10/9/12) and my weight fell off steady an I just hit my stall in he middle of December I was stuck at 228 for 3 weeks. I just had my gallbladder surgery jan 10, and in 4 days I lost 10lbs just like that! I don't expect that all the time but I just fallow the flow of what my body is doing. But 5 lbs in a week is great! That's almost a lb a day! Keep up the great work!!!

I see all of yous are about week or less post-op.. Congrats to all!!! I'm 14 weeks post-op almost 4 months my first week was the roughest! But it does get better everyday...I started to feel better too once I got to purée foods.. The liquid stage I was hungry all the time! But it does get better. I was sleeved 10/9/12..since October 1 I've lost 49 lbs but with pre op. diet I've lost a total of 82lbs... And as much pain I was in that first week was totally worth it!!! I started at 300 and I'm 218 this morning!! But think positive and welcome to the losers bench!!!! Happy loosing!

When I was sleeved...I didn't really expierance gas pain much...I was lucky I guess..but I just had my gallbladder surgery last week and omg I had the worse gas pain ever! I did walk..that was the best thing to do.. But I also had my husband massage my neck ad shoulder where the pain was and I used a heating pad...seemed to help for a little..but the more you do it it will go away..also FART!! I know tmi but it does help!!! My pains lasted like 4 days! But each day a little better! Hang in there itll get better..at least now I can sleep good again!

I just recently had a 3 week stall. I was sleeved 10/9/12. This was my first major stall, I was starting to get a little nervous but I just had my gallbladder surgery 1/10 and I lost 10lbs in 4 days!!!! I think I broke my stall!! I try not to get to mad..it happens and I know eventually itll come off! So my stall started at 228 and right now I'm 218. Btw I started at 300!!!

Sleeved: October 9th 2012 Started at 300lbs I'm at 218 as of this morning!! Lost 82lbs so far...have 68lbs to go to 150... Maybe a little more depending how I feel! But I feel great now!!!!

So i posted like two days ago i cracked my stall,i was at 228 down to 223 in three days,well i couldn't wait to crack the teens,well yesterday i made it to 218!!!! I'm total at 82 lbs lost and of that 49lbs since surgery October 9th!!i went to my three month appt and I'm cleared for everything,no restrictions! I couldn't be any happier, 18lbs to go to crack the 190's!!! Ahhh so excitement... i will b posting current pictures soon...

Had my gallbladder surgery jan 10 and I swear it's is worse then when I had my VSG! This gas pain is horrable! I'm uncomfortable all the time and my incisions hurt like crazy! I was suppose to be in and out but ended up staying over night because they starting overdosing me on meds. They told my family that the amount of medication they had in me would kill a normal person, why am I so differant?? My heart rate was over 150, and my oxygen levels were dropping to the 50s. They said my respiratory was shutting down, they knew I had VSG and I had sleep apnea. They were yelling at me for dozing off ur if u ha as much pain meds I did u wouldn't try to be awake I couldn't see and I was vomiting I was a mess! And scared! I've had no appetite! But I'm trying to get better each day and hoping no more surgeries for awhile and I can get off of this stall im on!!!

HW:300 DOS:267 10/9/12! CW:223 I was at a major stall at 228 for 3 weeks and I just had gallbladder surgery 3 days ago and I've had no appetite at all an got on the scale this morning and lost 5lbs in 2 days! I know it's bad but hopefully I cracked my stall!!! Im 77lbs lost and loving it!!! can't wait to get under 220!! ) I've lost 33lbs pre-op and 44lbs post-op!

Today's a little better still sore, I've been at a major stall with my sleeve I've been like 228 for 3 weeks but I got on he scale this morning and was 223! It's probably due to lack of appetite but I'll take it! Hats total of 77lbs so far btw I was sleeved 10/9/12!! Back on the road to a new me!

My gallbladder surgery is scheduled next thursday the 10th!!! I'm so happy to get rid of the pain!

Before surgery I went everyday a couple times, but since surgery (10/9) I'm lucky if I got 2x a week! Today I tried to go and I kinda went..it wasn't soft...and I was straining so much that I was getting a hemorrhoid! It's so irritating I do have IBS. So I called the dr and she told me to drink miralax every 20 mins for 2 hours and I'll go today and if I want drink prune juice too! I want to but I have a couple appts tomorrow and don't want to risk it! I live in the country there's nothing close if I have to go! I'm so confused!

You can do it! The pic on left was July 2012 and the right is actually from yesterday!(12/24/12) I'm down total of 72 lbs!!! It's all worth it!! One day at a time! My surgery was October 9th and I also gotta go back in surgery within a couple weeks and get my gallbladder remover but im not let that stop me! Chin up, it will be alright! ?

First I dont have all signs of it but the most one I looked out was right side pain in the middle! It's dull but gets sharp,nausea,vomiting. U can look it up but that's mainly my symptoms!

Had surgery October 9th and found out today I will be getting surgery very soon to take my gallbladder out! I have gallstones and man does the pain starti to get bad! This is the first thing that's been wrong but better safe then sorry!
