So do you know when your going to have the surgery?

Me too! I look absolutely horrible. I wanna take a picture and know it will look good lol

Today (10/1) I go to the hospital for my final weigh in b4 surgery and then tomorrow I get my clearance from my PMD! But the best part is I get sleeved next teusday!!! I'm really starting to get nervous and anxious and nauseated! :/ but I'm super excited at the same time!!! I made a list of how long it took me to get this surgery and another list for why I'm doing this that way I can remind myself this is the best decision I made and for after surgery when I'm in pain lol

I've been on a diet that my dr put me on for 8months and lost that way... I guess every dr is different

Yea I wrote the dates for everything I went to, like December I put application in the all my appts at the hospital, when I met the surgeon and it was a longggg list I can't believe It took me 10 months to get sleeved and underneath I wrote all the reasons why I'm gettin it done! It felt good even writing it down! 10/9 is gonna be the best day of my life besides my wedding anniversary

I was wondering if anyone has/had a Ninja Blender and what your thoughts are on it, I'm really interested in getting one but wanted to see how others felt about it, since it's kinda on the high end of price! Also what do ou guys make in it? Thanks

Well I'm in the same month. I'm scheduled for October 9th!!! Week and a half a way!!! So excited but super nervous, I'm actually breaking out!! :/ and no liquid diet for me just now food or drinking night before!!!

Why should you fix something if its not broken? 101lb weight loss in 6months!!! thats fantastic, Ive read with a VSG at 6months normal weight loss is 50lbs ur double that. For the meals...3xs aday? really i see everyone eating that my Doctor told me eat 6xs a day it will keep ur metablism higher. he told me to eat Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, Snack, Dinner and a Snack at night. Again, way to go and keep up the work!!!

I can say that I've lost 27lbs from my highest weight. All Pre-op! surgery is Ocotber 9th. 300lbs down to 273 now. i am sooo excited to see what the surgery will help me with!!!!
