I started menopause at 39, so from where i'm sitting, I'd say get pregnant as fast as you can. Do what you have to. I weighed 255 when I conceived my first son, and 277 when I conceived my twins. I am an otherwise healthy person for whom pregnancy posed no risk. I was 30 and 32 back then, but I'm glad I didn't wait. The closer you get to menopause, the less you ovulate and the harder it is to get pregnant. My two cents.
