Just beware the dreaded munches I try to partake prior to my bike rides and workouts s it did help with the overall shitty feeling during recovery and it is a better reward than food for a goal met.good luck . I'm down 167lbs and my waist went from 54to 34 enjoy just don't let old habits creep back


  2. Did a 22 mile bike ride last sunday gonna do a 44i miles in sept and am training for a 100 miles soon there after getting sleeved was the best thing I ever did.


  3. My surgery is tuesday im both anxious and nervous already lost 52lbs cant wait to get on to the next phase this is where the work begins bring it.

    Well surgery went well I'm home and still feel pretty crappy it's getting better thoughts found getting good sleep has helped me the most didn't sleep well in the hospital. Now work on getting my 64 OSS of Water the journey continues...


  4. im actually kinda geeked about the whole thing i feel like im taking my life back. so many things i love to do that i had difficulty doing cause of my weight. now i can charge forward knowing there is a light at the end of that tunnel . being able to ride my bike longer without such a sore backside lol.
