i just left the Dr's and the scale stted that I have losed 58 pounds do far standing at 196

Now I am ready to start taking pictures, I went on the scale today and lost 61 pounds I amd so happy

I have finally got approve for my surgery on Dec 21, so yea for that. I weight 260. I have pcos, looking to have a child( keeping my fingers cross). Just afraid of what the ups and downs of the outcome. Wondering how would I look with 20 pound off of me, or just loosing weight period. They say its a life change and I am so down for that, I have already started by letting negitive people alone. So if you feel like me please help
